Is $49,000 the adjusted gross income? Do both taxpayers have to be over 62?

When will this service be available and do you need to make an appointment?
St. Andrew’s opens February 5 and runs every Saturday through the tax season. No appointment is required. Since hours are from 9:00 am to noon, it is advisable to arrive at least by 11:00 am to ensure that you can be fitted in.
Also, early February tends to be busier than early March, so plan accordingly if you have flexibility in when you complete your filing.
Norman, as long as one taxpayer is at least 62, there is no income limit. It sounds like you would likely qualify.
