Outreach Materials

Fiscal Progress has developed map-based flyers similar to those used in 2008 for the first time. These will be higher quality and will also link taxpayers to the asset-building and family services programs offered by partner agencies. Feel free to download and use outreach materials as they become available. Contact Fiscal Progress at 719-1750 to arrange to pick up flyers that you would like to distribute.

Note to Employers

You can essentially give your lower income employees a free raise by helping them locate free tax preparation services by approved IRS partners. All you have to do is let them know about the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. You can do this by:

• Make a company announcement
• Include paycheck stuffers about VITA
• Post flyers for VITA partners in the breakroom
